1. Place rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 190°C (375°F).
2. Remove from the package and place the shell on a baking plate. Cover with aluminium foil.
3. Bake 30 min. Remove foil and continue for an additional 25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C
(165°F).
Remove from vacuum bag and cook at medium intensity for about 8 to 9 minutes.
