Milk • Raw Argentinian shrimps • Water • Mozzarella cheese (partly skimmed milk, modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme) • Wheat flour • Soybean, palm and palm kernel oil margarine • Mushrooms (mushrooms, salt, citric acid) • Corn starch • Sherry wine • Salt • Seasonings (orange powder, lemon powder) • Fish soup base (dextrose, salt, corn syrup solids, palm oil, potato starch, gelatin powder, dehydrated onions and carrots, fish powder [cod, Alaskan pollock], yeast extract, spices, disodium inosinate and guanylate, citric acid, caramel colour, silicon dioxide, spice extracts, smoke flavour) • Spices • Ascorbic acid.

Cooking Instructions

COOK FROZEN. Do not refreeze thawed product. Heating instructions are guidelines only; cooking time may vary.

 

 BEST RESULTS • CONVENTIONAL OVEN

1. Place rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 190°C (375°F).
2. Remove from vacuum bag and place the shell on a baking plate.
3. Bake for 35 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). Let product sit 1 to 2 minutes. Caution: product will be hot

ALTERNATE METHOD • MICROWAVE

Remove from vaccum bag and cook at MEDIUM intensity for 4 to 5 min (approx.).
